2006 Eagle Expo Symco, Wisc. |
The 2nd annual Eagle Expo was held at Symco, Wisc., July 28-30, 2006. Symco is located in east central Wisconsin, just west of Green Bay. The Symco Threshers have an annual "Thresheree" that weekend along with a huge tractor pull. Being Wisconsin is the home of Eagle tractors, it was fitting to have an Eagle Expo in Wisc. The Symco bunch do an excellent job of putting on a good show. The grounds have lots of buildings, lots of action, and friendly people. The weather was a bit on the warm side that weekend, so cold beer was a big hit. Larry Werth and his sons Jerrod and Warren, along with Al Timmel hosted the Eagle event. Lots of Eagle tractors, engines, and equipment showed up and items came from most of the surrounding states. Larry lives right across from the showgrounds and held a hog roast for all Eagle collectors on Saturday evening. |
